Rewards Points are additional bonus points you can earn by completing various activities within your Jeulia account.
Whether you want to earn points, or you want to use points, firstly you must login to your Jeulia account.
2. How do I Register for Reward Points?
All existing account holders do not need to re-register. They can get Points using existing login details. If you wanna earn points, you need register first.
3. How to Get Points?
100 Points - Register to be a member of Jeulia.
100 Points - Earn 100 points per $100 spent.
$100 = 100 Points = $1
15 Points - By sharing the Jeulia product pages and item reviews on Facebook.
5 Points - By sharing the Jeulia product pages and item reviews on Twitter, Google+ and linkedin.
*You'll get reward points only when others come to jeulia by the link you shared.
20 Points - Post Reviews with Photos for purchased items.
10 Points - Post Text Reviews for purchased items.
10 Points - When you subscribe to the Newsletter for the first time.
4. How to Use Points?
100 points = $1
You can use points for a discount if you have at least 100 points.
The discount ( from the Points ) cannot exceed 30% of the item Grand Total cost.
Every day you can earn a maximum of 150 points, there doesn't include the points by buying items.
Coupons can be used together with Points to reduce prices.
5. Will my Points expire?
Yes. Points will expire in one year since the date of their issue.
6. My pending points got deducted, why?
There are 3 cases in which pending points could be deducted
a. If you return the order or a part of it, points will get deducted accordingly
b. If you cancel the product or reject the order, the points issued for that order will be debited from your account.
c. If your points get expired.
7. I have multiple accounts at Jeulia.com. Can I collect points in my multiple accounts?
No, you can't collect points in multiple accounts. To enjoy the full benefits of the program, we advise you to use a single account to make all your transactions.
8. I am not able to receive points on placing on order. Why?
If you haven't received any points for the order placed, please contact us at [email protected] We will make sure that any discrepancy is resolved at the earliest. Please note you can't receive points for unpaid orders.
