Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time
All Jeulia items are made-to-order. For every piece in our collection, the estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.
Processing Time
To ensure quality, preparation time varies by product type (all times are in business days, counted from the date your payment is successfully confirmed):
* Quick Ship items (in stock): Ships within 1-3 business days
* Non-Quick Ship items (currently out of stock): Ships within 7-9 business days
* Custom-made items: 5-10 business days; if you choose a diamond upgrade, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for sourcing
* Moissanite upgrade items: 7-14 business days
* Enamel items (Dreamy Garden® Collection): 15-20 business days
The estimated processing time is shown on each product page. After selecting your size, please check the processing time for your chosen style above the Add to Cart button.
If your order contains multiple item types, it will be shipped together by default once all items are ready (based on the longest preparation time). If you would like your items shipped in separate batches, please contact our customer service team.
The times above are estimates. Actual times may vary due to material availability, production conditions, and holidays. If any delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at your email address, which includes your tracking information and estimated delivery date.

Note: For U.S. orders, you must sign for purchases of $300 or more regardless of any signature waiver on file with the carrier. Any order of $300 or over needs an adult signature.
* Express Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Standard Shipping method.
