What is a Jeulia E-Gift Card?
The Jeulia E-Gift Card is redeemable for Jeulia products up to the prepaid value of the card. It acts like a gift certificate. Available in denominations from $50 to $500. To purchase a Gift Card, enter a value and purchase. After purchase, an email will be sent to the purchaser containing a gift card code.
How It Works?
- 1. After purchase, an email will be sent to the purchaser containing a gift card code.
- 2. You can send it to your loved one as a perfect gift anytime.
- 3. The recipient simply enters the gift card code on shopping cart page to pay for their purchased items.
- 4. The gift card code can be used multiple times until all funds have been spent.
- 5. If there is insufficient funds remaining in the gift card, the balance can be paid by alternative means (Paypal or Credit Card)
- 6. Gift Cards never expire.
- 7. No hidden fees or charges.
Jeulia E-Gift Cards Terms & Conditions
- 1. The Jeulia Gift Card can only be used online at www.jeulia.com.
- 2. Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. Jeulia.com is not responsible for lost Gift Cards.
- 3. Gift Cards will not be returnable or exchangeable for cash.
- 4. Coupons, points and other discounts may not be used to purchase Gift Cards.
- 5. Gift card purchases do not accrue Jeulia Points.
- 6. A Gift Card cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
- 7. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered Gift Card will require a credit card or Paypal payment for the balance due.
- 8. Your Gift Card will be emailed to you after your order has been processed and payment taken.
- 9. All returned items that were purchased with a Gift Card will be refunded as a Jeulia credit to the Gift Card for you to use again in the future.
- 10. For item(s) purchased with both a Gift Card and credit card or paypal account, you will be refunded on the credit card or paypal account up to the amount of your initial payment and the remaining amount will be refunded as a Jeulia credit to the Gift Card for you to use again in the future.

- In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store.
- How do I make changes after my order has been placed?
- If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please call us at 1-888-219-8158. If it’s after business hours, leave us a clear and detailed message with your name, phone number, and order number if available.

- No, our jewelry won't turn your skin green. Jewelry that turns your finger green is made of copper; our rings are made of 925 sterling silver.
- For the black plated rings, I worry the black will chip off naturally.
- We have a rigorous quality control process to ensure the quality of all of our rings. The black rhodium plating will not chip off if you take care of your ring. In the rare event that something is wrong with the ring, please immediately contact customer service so we can help solve your problem. If a problem should arise and within the time limit of your warranty, we will make an exchange with you to replace your ring. - How long until I receive my jewelry?
- Once you complete payment for your order, we generally start processing your order within 24 hours. We offer two shipping methods for all items, Standard and Expedited, so depending on your location, different delivery times can be expected. For more information, please check our Delivery page.
- Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes or other fees?
- You will not be charged any consumption tax. However, you may need to pay the customs duties by yourself.
- What if I don't like my jewelry after receive it?
- Don't worry about it. We promise an easy 30-day return policy. If you don't like the jewelry after you receive the package, just return it unused and in its original packaging. Upon acceptance of your return, the refund will be issued to your original account. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
