To be really honest, the ring set is gorgeous. Customer service was great, my husband actually ordered the wrong size and they responded immediately. I followed the instructions and received the refund minus the original shipping fee and that's fair. One other thing, I am Asian and I do wish there was a half size option as I am normally ring size 15 but its still a little loose, size 14 would be too tight. Just a note if you're Asian and ordering from Jeulia. Overall, happy with my purchase and hope item would last.
